Ashlyn Walker

M.S., LPC

Hello! I'm Ashlyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Edmond and the Oklahoma City metro area. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths along the way. My approach is rooted in warmth, openness, and a genuine belief in your ability to thrive. Together, we will explore the parts of your story that shape who you are and collaborate on goals that move you toward who you want to become. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and build the tools needed to move forward.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, support, and evidence-based strategies that help you create meaningful change. Together, we will identify patterns that may no longer serve you, strengthen adaptive coping skills, and build on the resilience you already possess.

In sessions, you can expect a space where you can think out loud, learn about yourself, challenge old beliefs, and grow without fear of judgement or shame. My goal is to help you feel empowered as we work together toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
